Senior Marketing Executive

* Spearhead tender preparation and submission for government and private sector clients, including E-GP, EoI, RFP, and manual tenders, with accompanying reports. * Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits to clarify bid-related queries and gather insights. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and events. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government, international, and private organizations through various channels, including online portals, newspapers, and industry events. * Analyze tender conditions, prepare project summaries, and present findings to management to inform go/no-go decisions. * Collaborate with management to evaluate tenders, assess risks, and estimate costs to develop reliable bids. * Oversee the tender submission process, ensuring compliance with requirements and managing bid qualifications. * Engage with clients in meetings to discuss tender-related issues and provide support. * Ensure adherence to government PPR rules and align WEB SOFT BD products with customer needs. * Drive the tender preparation process, from pre-work to post-tender activities, including specification development, pre-bid meetings, documentation, and submission. * Achieve targets and goals set by management, while maintaining a strong focus on client relationship-building and business development. * Establish and maintain listings with government and private sector entities, and monitor tender portals, including E-GP, EoI, RFP, and manual tenders. * Manage outstanding collections and follow up on due payments. * Prepare reports as instructed by management and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
