Key Responsibilities
* Drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge corporate learning programs that foster technical, behavioral, and leadership excellence.
* Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and learning needs, informing the creation of targeted training interventions.
* Architect and execute a comprehensive learning calendar, ensuring timely and high-quality program delivery.
* Develop engaging learning materials and presentations using a range of digital tools, including Google Suite and Canva.
* Assess the impact of learning initiatives through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.
* Manage relationships with external training partners and vendors to ensure seamless program execution.
* Maintain accurate learning records, dashboards, and reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Support HR transformation initiatives and capability-building projects, driving business growth and excellence.
* Lead Learning Management System (LMS) operations, including user onboarding, content management, reporting, and user experience optimization.
* Champion a digital learning strategy that incorporates blended learning approaches, such as e-learning, microlearning, and virtual instructor-led training.
* Research, pilot, and scale innovative learning methodologies, including gamification, AI-driven personalization, and social learning.
* Build internal training capability by mentoring junior L&D staff, coordinating peer-learning communities, and developing internal facilitation skills.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to create learning-focused content that enhances employer branding and candidate engagement.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Recognized L&D certification (e.g., CLDP, or equivalent)

- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, and e-learning design tools (Articulate 360/Storyline)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors/Percipio), survey/feedback tools, and data dashboards
- Proven track record of executing high-impact corporate training programs
