Manager, Supply Chain

* Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive supply chain strategies, leveraging demand forecasting to drive business growth. * Oversee and optimize procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless supply chain functioning. * Implement and maintain robust stock control mechanisms, including reorder levels, FIFO, and stock turnover analysis. * Foster collaborative relationships with production and logistics teams to ensure synchronized operations and minimal disruptions. * Ensure the timely procurement and availability of raw materials and packaging, aligning with production schedules and demand. * Architect and optimize delivery planning, routing, and order flow to minimize lead times and maximize efficiency. * Build and manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and logistics providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance. * Develop and analyze key supply chain metrics, including cost, lead time, wastage, and fulfillment rates, to inform data-driven decisions. * Leverage ERP and Excel tools to monitor supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and track progress. * Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing proactive solutions to ensure supply chain resilience. * Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives. * Pioneer innovative solutions in packaging, sourcing, and operations, aligning with company goals and objectives. * Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of supply chain processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
