Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead brand strategy development, aligning it with company objectives to drive business growth. * Architect a cohesive brand image, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints. * Drive market analysis and competitor research to inform brand direction and stay ahead of industry trends. * Conceptualize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating ATL, BTL, and digital strategies. * Oversee campaign creative development, media planning, and execution, ensuring seamless delivery. * Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics to optimize future marketing initiatives. * Manage corporate communications, media relations, and public affairs to maintain a positive brand reputation. * Craft compelling press releases, speeches, and official statements to engage stakeholders and protect the brand. * Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to mitigate reputation risks. * Pioneer social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement to amplify brand presence. * Supervise digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and influencer partnerships, to drive online growth. * Ensure digital storytelling aligns with overall brand objectives, creating a cohesive narrative. * Design and implement internal communication plans to foster a strong company culture and employee engagement. * Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to develop employer branding materials and campaigns, enhancing talent attraction and retention. * Organize internal events and recognition programs to boost employee morale and motivation. * Develop and manage annual brand and marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation. * Track spending, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to management, informing data-driven decisions. * Ensure all brand and marketing activities adhere to organizational standards and guidelines, maintaining compliance and consistency.
