Learning and Development Specialist

* Architect and implement learning and development (L&D) tools, processes, and plans, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with field supervisors, managers, and coordinators to design and deliver L&D activities that drive departmental success. * Drive learning needs assessments and feasibility studies to identify knowledge gaps and propose targeted solutions, working closely with line managers and staff to prioritize requests. * Partner with the HR Manager and Deputy HR Coordinator to develop and support employee development cycles, including induction, training, performance evaluations, and recruitment, with a focus on L&D aspects. * Design and implement L&D strategies, tools, and processes in conjunction with project leaders, managers, and the HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. * Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping for training courses and learning programs, sharing insights and updates with key stakeholders. * Provide technical expertise and guidance on L&D activities, ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with operational needs and objectives. * Mobilize to provide L&D technical support and advice to other parts of the mission, collaborating with the Deputy HR Coordinator as needed.
