Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard the Managing Director's security and well-being 24/7, ensuring their protection across all environments and situations. • Provide personalized security escorts to the MD during office visits, meetings, site tours, and personal travel, maintaining a high level of vigilance and discretion. • Conduct thorough risk assessments and advance security sweeps of locations to identify and mitigate potential threats before the MD's arrival. • Proactively monitor surroundings, detecting and responding to suspicious activities or potential security breaches. • Architect and execute secure travel itineraries, coordinating with drivers, administrative staff, and local security teams to ensure seamless and safe movements. • Drive confidentiality and discretion in managing the MD's schedule, movements, and personal affairs, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. • Develop and implement emergency response plans, preparing for and responding to crisis situations with speed and effectiveness. • Control and regulate access to the MD, preventing unauthorized individuals from approaching or compromising their security. • Maintain meticulous records of security incidents, movements, and daily activities, using data to inform risk assessments and preventive strategies. • Perform ongoing risk evaluations, recommending proactive measures to minimize threats and ensure the MD's continued safety. • Lead crowd control efforts during public events, meetings, and appearances, ensuring the MD's security and comfort in high-pressure situations. • Stay physically and mentally alert during duty hours, demonstrating a constant state of readiness to respond to emerging security situations. • Ensure the operational readiness of communication equipment, such as mobile devices and walkie-talkies, to facilitate swift and effective security responses. • Provide supplemental security support for the MD's residence as needed, extending protection beyond traditional work environments.

  • Bachelor
  • Honors

Additional

  • Retired army personnel
  • Physically fit and medically sound
  • Strong discipline, integrity, and sense of responsibility
  • Prior experience in VIP security / personal protection
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
  • Good communication and observation skills
