Key Responsibilities
* Drive the implementation of high-quality Child Protection case management services, ensuring adherence to inter-agency SOPs, CPIMS+, and organizational policies, with a focus on confidentiality and secure case file management.
* Lead and mentor Child Protection case workers, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure effective referrals, ethical case management, and survivor-centred approaches.
* Foster community engagement through Child Protection Committees and other community-based protection mechanisms, addressing cases of vulnerability, including abuse, neglect, child marriage, trafficking, disability, and GBV incidents.
* Architect and support family tracing and reunification efforts for separated and unaccompanied children, collaborating with authorities and child protection agencies to ensure successful reunifications.
* Analyze CP and GBV trends, identifying protection risks and reporting key findings to senior technical officers, while recommending prevention and mitigation measures to address emerging issues.
* Identify and address gaps in CP and GBV referral pathways, working with protection staff, service providers, and local authorities to strengthen referral systems and enhance response quality.
* Manage and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring timely submission of weekly and monthly CP case management reports, while upholding strict data protection and confidentiality standards.
* Develop and implement capacity-building initiatives for staff, focusing on case management interventions and enhancing overall programme effectiveness.
* Prepare and submit reports, budgets, and other required documents with precision and promptness, ensuring seamless coordination with relevant authorities.
* Cultivate effective partnerships with various sectors of HCMP, BRAC, national and international NGOs, and the CiC Office, facilitating smooth case management support and service delivery.
* Champion safeguarding efforts, ensuring the safety and well-being of programme participants, team members, and individuals interacting with the organisation, from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA).

- Bachelor/Honors Bachelor's in any field
