* Spearhead goods receipt, stock transfer, and issue processes to ensure seamless execution of service requisitions. * Architect efficient delivery systems by preparing delivery challans and maintaining meticulous documentation for spare parts dispatch. * Drive warehouse optimization through monthly stock verifications, BIN checks, and space utilization reviews. * Identify and coordinate the disposal of scrap items with the scrap management committee to minimize waste. * Oversee the management of harvested items in 3PL warehouses, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance. * Streamline defective parts collection, returns, and logistics with freight forwarders to minimize delays. * Navigate import/export regulations, including CCI&E, BAERA, and radioactive source returns, to ensure compliance. * Lead import processes, from LC/LCA and order booking to customs clearance and C&F handling, while fostering strong relationships with banks and stakeholders. * Validate vendor invoices and generate precise tracking reports to inform management decisions and drive business growth.
