Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead sales and marketing initiatives in designated territories, collaborating with department heads to drive strategic growth and forecast accuracy. * Scout new business opportunities in marketplaces, identifying untapped areas and recommending the appointment of new distributors to expand coverage. * Energize and motivate team members to boost productivity, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded through effective performance monitoring. * Architect and manage demand forecasts, maintaining optimal stock inventory levels in distributors' warehouses to prevent stockouts and overstocking. * Oversee daily business transactions with distributors, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to propel sales growth and achieve targets. * Drive compliance with company policies and procedures, meticulously documenting all work phases to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters

Additional

  • Only Male
  • Good experience in selling Consumer goods
  • Strong understanding of Customer, Market dynamics and/or requirements
  • Good leadership and inter-personal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve set target and thereby, corporate goals
