M&E and Documentation Officer

* Drive the development and implementation of the project's monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) system to ensure data-driven decision making. * Architect data management systems, including trackers, templates, and tools, to monitor project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. * Lead data collection, verification, and analysis efforts to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality data that informs project implementation. * Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including data, reports, and learning materials, to facilitate transparency and accountability. * Design and deliver regular reporting products, such as activity reports, progress dashboards, and donor updates, to stakeholders. * Capture and document project successes, challenges, and best practices through case studies, success stories, and lessons learned. * Coordinate and support baseline, midline, endline, and other evaluation processes to assess project impact and effectiveness. * Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration with technical and implementation teams to enhance reporting, learning, and project implementation. * Organize and document training sessions, meetings, workshops, and project events to promote stakeholder engagement and participation. * Develop and maintain a culture of learning and continuous improvement, using data and evidence to inform project adaptations and enhancements.
