Senior Public Health Consultant

* Spearhead the development of a comprehensive factory clinic model, focusing on preventive care and worker-centered services for the ready-made garment sector in Jordan. * Architect a structured framework to strengthen clinic systems, addressing service gaps, referral practices, and worker access barriers in factory clinic settings. * Design and implement proactive clinic service models, including screening, follow-up, and continuity-of-care systems, to improve health outcomes for workers. * Develop and deploy practical tools, protocols, and job aids to support clinic staff in managing priority worker health conditions, such as anemia, diabetes, and mental well-being. * Deliver virtual capacity-building sessions and provide post-training coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of factory clinic staff. * Create engaging, worker-facing health education materials, including posters, leaflets, and audio content, to promote health awareness and literacy among workers. * Drive the adoption of low-literacy, culturally sensitive health communication approaches to effectively reach migrant workers. * Collaborate with the implementation team to plan rollout strategies, troubleshoot technical issues, and establish monitoring systems to ensure quality assurance. * Analyze implementation progress, identify operational bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions to optimize project outcomes. * Develop and contribute to technical reports, documentation, and final recommendations to ensure sustainability and scale-up of the project's initiatives.
