Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution, leveraging 10-15 years of experience in the real estate sector and a strong educational foundation in Marketing (MBA and BBA). * Spearhead sales planning and strategy, setting monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve company sales goals. * Architect and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing activities, and coordinating branding and promotional events to maximize brand visibility. * Foster strong client relationships, handling corporate and individual client meetings, resolving complaints, and providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. * Lead and motivate high-performing sales teams, providing product knowledge, sales training, and performance feedback to drive sales excellence. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project, engineering, and accounts departments, to ensure seamless project sales coordination and handover process management. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Bangladesh real estate market dynamics, leveraging expertise in digital performance marketing and analytics to inform business decisions. * Manage and analyze sales data, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and presenting sales performance to higher management to drive business growth and optimization. * Cultivate strong leadership, negotiation, and management skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities in both Bangla and English, to effectively manage teams, clients, and stakeholders. * Drive crisis management and resolution, ensuring timely and effective response to client complaints and business challenges. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and CRM systems, ensuring proper follow-up of sales leads and client relationships.
