* Spearhead daily accounting operations by accurately recording transactions in accounting software, ensuring timely and precise entry of financial data. * Drive financial data management by confirming provisional entries, verifying documents, and processing bills in accordance with transaction nature. * Lead the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial reports, including sales, operating expenses, receipts, and payments, to ensure data accuracy and compliance. * Manage financial record-keeping by maintaining proper documentation, filing, and scanning of bills, vouchers, and supporting documents in the accounts cloud database. * Oversee cash management by disbursing petty cash, travel, and conveyance expenses based on proper documentation and approvals, and updating the master cash book daily. * Architect and implement efficient banking and mobile banking transactions, ensuring timely collection of cash or cheques from clients and sales centers. * Develop and prepare various financial statements, including monthly bank, supplier, and contractor reconciliation statements, to facilitate informed decision-making. * Facilitate internal payments, staff reimbursements, and financial data collection from concerned departments to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. * Ensure adherence to financial rules, company policies, and statutory requirements, and submit monthly VDS and TDS reports to the VAT, Tax, and Legal Department. * Collaborate with the VAT, Tax, and Legal Department on company tax and VAT-related documentation and correspondence, ensuring seamless compliance and communication. * Drive process improvements and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager to support the organization's financial goals and objectives.
