Lead Digital Financial Services

* Spearhead the development and execution of a strategic vision for Digital Financial Services (DFS) that aligns with ASA International's business objectives, driving financial inclusion and socioeconomic progress. * Architect a centralized DFS Command Center to support global operations, enhancing the organization's ability to serve its clients. * Drive the establishment of in-house capabilities, reducing dependence on external vendors and promoting self-sufficiency. * Manage the transition of the DFS application from a Polish vendor, including the takeover of source code, architecture, and technical knowledge, to ensure seamless integration with the core banking system. * Build and lead a high-performing team to customize, enhance, and maintain the DFS application, ensuring 24/7 availability and performance. * Implement robust system monitoring, incident management, and DevOps practices, including automation, CI/CD, and performance optimization, to ensure system reliability and rapid issue resolution. * Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to ensure platform security, monitor and mitigate risks, vulnerabilities, and fraud threats, and maintain compliance with cybersecurity standards and policies. * Foster strong partnerships with IT teams, business stakeholders, and country teams across Asia and Africa to align DFS capabilities with operational needs and drive business growth. * Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure system performance, availability, and customer satisfaction, informing data-driven decisions to optimize DFS services. * Lead the development of service level agreements (SLAs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational best practices, ensuring exceptional customer experience and support. * Drive the adoption of scalable system monitoring and alerting mechanisms, ensuring proactive issue detection and resolution, and minimizing downtime. * Ensure seamless integration of DFS platforms with the core banking system, enabling efficient and secure transactions.
