Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by consistently meeting targets and exploring new market opportunities to expand existing product reach.
* Spearhead distributor and reseller management, ensuring seamless operations and timely revenue collection from customers.
* Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to outmaneuver competitors and capture market share.
* Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activity, to inform management decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
* Foster strong relationships with customers, distributors, and resellers through regular visits and engagement.
* Create and submit regular sales reports, visit summaries, and other documentation as required by management.
* Collaborate on short-term, mid-term, and long-term planning initiatives to propel business forward.
* Manage administrative tasks, including staff administration, VAT compliance, safety protocols, and other sales center operations to ensure efficient functioning.

Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Graduate in engineering from reputed university (EEE/ME)

- 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Service in large industry segment, national or multinational organization
- Good technical knowledge of all the products
- Good techno-commercial skills
- Good innovative skills for introducing new sales strategies
- Good IT skills
- Strong communications skills
- Deep understanding of business-to-business product marketing
