Training & Monitoring Officer

* Architect a comprehensive M&E framework, leveraging the project outline and results framework to inform tools, techniques, and data collection methods. * Drive data collection, validation, and analysis efforts, producing periodic monitoring reports and narratives that inform project decisions. * Spearhead the execution of project interventions, utilizing specialized software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, sharing key findings with project teams, management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize impact. * Develop and refine Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) materials, supporting the creation of targeted content that drives project objectives. * Foster a culture of gender equity within the team and promote inclusive practices throughout the community. * Cultivate strategic partnerships with government agencies, local governments, NGOs, donors, and other stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise. * Lead and participate in project meetings, workshops, and seminars, representing the organization and showcasing project achievements. * Conduct regular field visits, providing technical guidance and support to project staff to ensure effective implementation of monitoring systems and tools. * Empower staff through targeted capacity-building initiatives, feedback, and coaching, enabling them to drive project success. * Contribute to the development of project progress reports, providing actionable data and insights to inform decision-making. * Document and disseminate best practices, case studies, and lessons learned, ensuring knowledge preservation and sharing across the organization. * Develop and execute monthly and annual plans, aligning with project objectives and strategic priorities.
