Key Responsibilities

• Architect strategic procurement plans that align with production forecasts and inventory levels to drive business growth • Spearhead the sourcing of raw materials and packaging, ensuring a seamless supply chain that meets production demands • Oversee stock levels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and minimize disruptions • Discover and onboard new suppliers globally, assessing their capabilities and performance to ensure quality and reliability • Drive negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and contractual agreements • Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities to implement cost-saving initiatives that enhance profitability • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, guaranteeing compliance with BSTI, GMP, and other relevant frameworks • Foster strong relationships with QA/QC teams, facilitating supplier approvals, audits, and performance evaluations • Navigate import procurement processes with ease, handling LC openings, documentation, and customs coordination with precision • Optimize local sourcing strategies, securing competitive pricing and reliable partnerships • Maintain meticulous procurement records and documentation, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Management

Additional

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Knowledge of raw materials used in toiletries (chemicals, packaging, etc.)
  • Understanding of import procedures and LC management
  • Analytical and cost control skills
  • ERP proficiency (SAP preferred)
  • Good communication and leadership skills
