Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth and revenue expansion within a defined geographic area, leveraging strategic planning, sales personnel management, and performance optimization. * Architect and implement effective sales strategies, setting realistic goals and objectives that align with corporate targets and maximize sales revenues. * Lead and manage high-performing sales teams, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional sales performance and customer engagement. * Spearhead key account management, negotiating sales prices and discounts to secure major deals and foster long-term relationships with top decision-makers. * Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, forecasting revenue streams, and identifying areas for growth and improvement across all product lines. * Manage and optimize sales operations, streamlining processes, and allocating company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. * Design and implement sales policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry best practices. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, assessing market trends, and interpreting the impact of sales strategies on operating profit. * Educate and empower sales teams through targeted training programs, focusing on new account sales, emerging products, and multi-product sales, as well as sales presentation strategies and expense management. * Foster a culture of performance excellence, providing regular progress assessments, quarterly results evaluations, and feedback to sales staff to drive continuous improvement. * Control and manage sales budgets, reviewing expenses, and recommending cost-saving initiatives to optimize sales promotion and trade show investments.

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • University degree in marketing or business studies

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license
