Bar Waiter/ Waiter

* Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing prompt, courteous service in the bar area, ensuring seamless interactions and exceeding customer expectations. * Lead the service process by taking accurate orders, communicating effectively with the bar team, and serving high-quality beverages and snacks with precision and attention to detail. * Drive guest satisfaction by proactively checking on tables, responding to needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar environment by adhering to hygiene and grooming standards, clearing used items, and restocking supplies as needed. * Collaborate with bartenders to prepare for service, including setting up the bar, preparing garnishes and glassware, and ensuring compliance with regulations regarding alcoholic beverages. * Architect a welcoming atmosphere by promoting menu items, special drinks, and ongoing promotions, and by monitoring guest behavior to ensure a positive experience. * Manage cash and credit transactions with accuracy, handling payments, processing bills, and operating POS systems with ease. * Support the bar team during busy periods, assist with stock replenishment, and report shortages to supervisors to ensure seamless service. * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide expert recommendations and enhance the guest experience. * Foster a positive and professional work environment by attending training sessions, following company policies, and cooperating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. * Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and safety protocols, and adapt to changing situations with flexibility and poise.
