Manager - Accounts & Finance (Factory)

* Drive financial reporting by preparing statements for audits, taxes, and management, adhering to IFRS and BFRS guidelines, and developing supporting schedules. * Architect and implement internal control audit plans, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up on recommended changes. * Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, income tax, TDS, VDS, and government treasury deposits, as well as E-TDS return submissions. * Foster strong banking relationships to facilitate daily operations, loan proposals, LC and LATR limit sanctions, and effective management of loan utilization and bank rates. * Lead day-to-day accounting operations, encompassing cash and bank voucher verification, account ledger management, bank reconciliations, and monthly transaction closures. * Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collection and accurate record-keeping. * Develop and present MIS reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. * Identify skill gaps among accounting personnel and design targeted training programs to enhance their capabilities. * Leverage expertise in customs regulations and import procedures to ensure timely and cost-effective release of import consignments, utilizing knowledge of H.S. Codes and duty structures. * Champion special projects and tasks as assigned by management, driving business growth and process improvement.
