Executive / Senior Executive- Accounts (Factory)

* Spearhead financial transaction processing, including vouchers and journals, in SAP to ensure seamless operations. * Drive day-to-day banking functions, adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance. * Manage bill processing, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all types. * Record and reconcile banking transactions, loan adjustments, cheques, and transfer payments with precision. * Oversee financial activities, transactions, and expenditures, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes. * Develop and submit tax and regulatory documents, including RJSC-related paperwork, to meet deadlines and requirements. * Collaborate with internal and external auditors, preparing comprehensive paperwork and supporting audit activities. * Foster strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory agencies, banks, and financial institutions, ensuring effective communication and compliance. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date registers, including purchase, sales, and VAT records, to support financial reporting and analysis. * Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and deadlines. * Generate purchase reports and other financial documents as needed, providing insights to inform business decisions. * Architect and manage the fixed asset register, developing and implementing processes, policies, and procedures to ensure best practices. * Uphold the highest professional and ethical standards, delivering exceptional results and accepting additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
