Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead daily ERP transaction audits, leveraging standard reports and checklists to ensure data integrity. • Detect and rectify errors, including incorrect postings, missing documents, and backdated entries, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues. • Drive issue resolution by tracking and following up on discrepancies with responsible users and companies, and updating issue trackers to ensure transparency. • Facilitate the development of weekly and monthly ERP health reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. • Escalate persistent or high-risk issues to senior management, backed by evidence and recommendations for improvement. • Provide actionable feedback on system usability and process inefficiencies, enabling data-driven enhancements to the ERP system. • Architect and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly ERP monitoring dashboards and checklists, ensuring seamless tracking and analysis of key performance metrics. • Analyze exception reports to identify high-risk deviations, and promptly escalate them to mitigate potential risks. • Collaborate with company management and ERP champions to enforce process discipline, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures. • Monitor and enforce compliance with approved standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and delegation of authority (DOA) rules, ensuring ERP transactions align with organizational policies. • Partner with Access Control & Training to identify, report, and correct segregation of duties (SoD) and DOA violations, promoting a culture of compliance. • Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring process failures, and develop structural fixes to prevent future occurrences. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for ERP adoption, process completion, and closing discipline, driving continuous improvement and optimization. • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Business Alignment and Data & Decision Support units to ensure end-to-end control and alignment with organizational objectives.

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information System
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information System
