ICT Consultant

* Spearhead the development of a comprehensive 6-month workplan, complete with timelines and deliverables, to drive ICT service excellence and support the organization's strategic objectives. * Conduct a thorough assessment of the ICT operational and infrastructure landscape in Dhaka and Cox's Bazar, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. * Analyze and review existing ICT contracts and Long-Term Agreements (LTAs), drafting new or revised Terms of Reference (ToRs) as needed and negotiating technical renewal documentation to ensure seamless service delivery. * Drive the update of ICT components of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), assessing infrastructure readiness in Dhaka and Cox's Bazar, and providing risk mitigation and recovery recommendations to ensure business resilience. * Lead the reconfiguration and optimization of the Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure, ensuring reprovisioning and validation in Dhaka and Cox's Bazar, and delivering a post-implementation verification report to stakeholders. * Architect the integration of short code services (Rapidpro) and oversee the relocation and reconfiguration of the call center, providing technical coordination and documentation to ensure a smooth transition. * Collaborate with the Digital Impact Specialist, Dep Rep Operations, and the ICT team to deliver high-quality ICT services, providing timely support and meeting the current demand for services across the organization. * Develop and implement a Quick-Win Action Note, prioritizing immediate actions and delivering rapid results to drive ICT service excellence and support the organization's strategic objectives. * Manage the development of a comprehensive report on ICT Contracts and LTAs status, providing a snapshot of current contracts and LTAs, and identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
