Key Responsibilities
* Drive the production process to achieve efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing, leveraging sophisticated QC instruments to meet production targets.
* Spearhead analytical activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure exceptional product quality.
* Architect and maintain ISO 9001:2008 documentation, ensuring compliance and adherence to quality standards.
* Lead qualification and validation activities, guaranteeing seamless execution and optimal results.
* Oversee environmental control, water sanitation, waste disposal, HVAC system validation, ETP, housekeeping, and personnel hygiene, maintaining meticulous records and logbooks.
* Develop and implement comprehensive GMP and GLP training programs for QC, production, engineering, and warehouse personnel.
* Manage documentation for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Operate and maintain sophisticated QC instruments, including HPLC, UV-Spectrophotometer, IR, Dissolution tester, Autotitrator, and Disintegration Tester.
* Design, review, and refine SOPs, specifications, and methods for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
* Validate analytical methods, clean and qualify equipment, and ensure optimal performance.
* Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions and secondary working standards from reference standards.
* Calibrate QC equipment, ensuring precision and accuracy.
* Monitor and record room control data daily, maintaining precise logs and records.
* Analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions to address significant issues.
* Compile detailed summary reports, reviewing data and recommending enhancements.
* Verify and test raw materials and packaging materials, issuing letters of acceptance and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
* Ensure all raw materials are properly labeled and certified for use in production.

- Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
