MTO- Merchandising (Audit & Costing)

* Drive daily costing updates, providing style-wise insights to inform business decisions * Architect comprehensive variance analyses, covering projected, post-procurement, and actual costs to identify areas for improvement * Lead pricing and product analysis initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision making * Manage order fulfillment processes, including PI, PO, LC follow-up, DO, and order closing to ensure seamless execution * Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reports, offering buyer- and style-wise perspectives to stakeholders * Conduct pre-costing, negotiation, and consumption analysis to optimize resource allocation * Monitor and analyze process-wise consumption and variance, identifying opportunities for cost savings * Perform in-depth production, machine-wise cost, and productivity analysis to drive efficiency * Analyze cost variance, covering standard, pre-cost, and post-cost elements to inform strategic planning * Investigate fabric and raw material consumption variances, implementing corrective actions to minimize waste * Oversee cost sheets, LCs, and order-wise follow-up, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Examine manpower, machine cost, line cost, and CPM to optimize operational performance * Create knitting, dyeing, and production cost reports, providing actionable insights for process improvement * Perform stock valuation, reconciliation, and variance analysis to ensure inventory accuracy * Develop and track MIS reports, monitoring performance against targets and identifying areas for growth * Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned by management, driving business growth and excellence
