* Drive academic excellence by teaching Business Studies, Commerce, Economics, English Language, Mathematics, and other subjects to students across various classes and levels. * Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, lectures, and curriculum materials that meet institutional goals and academic standards. * Lead engaging and interactive classrooms, leveraging diverse teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles and needs. * Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, classwork, and examinations, providing timely and constructive feedback to support academic growth. * Architect and conduct lab classes, ensuring efficient use of resources and facilitating hands-on learning experiences. * Manage and participate in departmental and school-wide events, activities, and functions, promoting a sense of community and inclusivity. * Oversee academic responsibilities, including examinations, assessments, report preparation, and parent-teacher interactions, while maintaining a disciplined and positive learning environment. * Foster a vibrant school culture by actively participating in events and contributing to the development of a supportive and inclusive community. * Develop and lead after-school ECA clubs, planning, supervising, and engaging students in meaningful co-curricular activities that promote holistic development. * Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress, well-being, and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with the Management and Head of Department to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, supporting the overall growth and development of the institution.
