Pediatric ICU Nurses (Staff Nurse & In-Charge)

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care to critically ill pediatric patients, driving optimal outcomes and experiences. • Proactively monitor and respond to changes in patients' vital signs, neurological status, and clinical condition, ensuring timely interventions. • Safely administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support treatments, leveraging expertise to minimize risks and maximize efficacy. • Operate and manage complex medical equipment, such as ventilators and infusion pumps, to support patient care and stability. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to respond to emergency situations, including Code Blue resuscitations, and provide critical support. • Architect personalized nursing care plans, tailored to each patient's unique needs and medical conditions, to drive recovery and wellness. • Drive accurate and efficient documentation of patient care, progress, and interventions, informing continuous improvement. • Provide compassionate emotional support and education to patients' families, empowering them with knowledge and confidence. • Champion infection control protocols and patient safety standards, ensuring a secure and healthy environment for all. • Foster collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centered care and drive exceptional outcomes. • Pursue ongoing education and training, staying abreast of PICU best practices and emerging trends to inform expert practice.
