* Drive customer satisfaction and sales quality by conducting daily outbound calls, ensuring alignment with quality parameters. * Deliver exceptional customer experiences by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and offering tailored solutions, all while adhering to communication guidelines and policies. * Capture and record accurate customer data in the database following each call or call listening session, maintaining data integrity. * Inform and influence service improvements by sharing customer feedback, objections, and concerns with the Line Manager, and actively participating in brainstorming sessions. * Champion quality standards by embracing feedback from the Team Lead, pursuing training opportunities to address skill gaps, and upholding quality guidelines in all interactions.
