Operations Manager – mHealth

* Spearhead operational excellence by driving adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal patient experience. * Architect and manage healthcare operations, including doctor capacity planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring to maximize efficiency and productivity. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process optimizations. * Lead high-performing teams by recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing Health Executives and Concierge Officers to deliver exceptional patient experiences. * Drive customer-centricity by allocating tasks, monitoring team performance, and promoting a culture of excellence in service delivery. * Collaborate with medical, operations, and product teams to innovate and enhance service offerings, developing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers to expand the ecosystem. * Own and drive the technical roadmap for mHealth in Bangladesh, coordinating with Product and Technical teams to resolve system issues and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system improvements. * Champion service quality by analyzing complaints, implementing corrective actions, and conducting calibration sessions to enforce high standards across operations. * Ensure data integrity and accuracy, preparing and presenting KPI dashboards to inform business decisions and support finance in reporting and forecasting. * Develop and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, including diagnostics, pharmacy, ambulance, and medical devices, to enhance service delivery and business performance.
