* Spearhead daily recovery operations, driving overdue account monitoring, collection efforts, and repayment plan negotiations to achieve recovery targets. * Architect account management strategies, analyzing non-performing loans, assessing borrower creditworthiness, and implementing tailored recovery plans. * Foster effective customer communication, resolving issues and negotiating repayment terms with default borrowers and guarantors. * Ensure regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate records of recovery activities and adhering to banking regulations and internal policies. * Develop and execute collection strategies, leveraging legal and non-legal measures to optimize recovery outcomes for diverse delinquent accounts. * Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to execute pending warrants against default borrowers and guarantors. * Drive legal coordination, working closely with the legal department to pursue recovery through legal proceedings when necessary. * Resolve customer disputes related to recoveries, ensuring fair, transparent, and timely resolution. * Stay abreast of industry trends, legal regulations, and competitor strategies, applying market insights to inform debt recovery approaches and optimize results.
