* Spearhead sales growth and revenue expansion within the assigned territory, driving business performance and achieving monthly and quarterly targets. * Architect and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, ensuring full market coverage and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, retailers, and distributors. * Drive market development and expansion, identifying new opportunities and capitalizing on existing ones to propel business growth in urban and rural areas. * Lead regular market visits, gathering insights and providing actionable feedback to management to inform business decisions. * Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, and site management, promoting products and highlighting value propositions. * Monitor and analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences, providing timely updates and recommendations to management. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and transport, to ensure seamless operations and timely product delivery. * Manage customer payments, collections, and accounts, escalating issues and resolving disputes in a timely and professional manner. * Generate data-driven reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance updates, forecasts, and market analysis, to inform business decisions. * Identify and capitalize on branding opportunities, working closely with the branding team to execute effective campaigns and enhance brand visibility. * Design and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to elevate brand value and reputation within the district. * Uphold the highest standards of compliance, adhering to company policies, pricing guidelines, reporting standards, and ethical practices. * Embed company values, rules, and regulations into daily operations, maintaining a strong chain of command and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
