Data / Operations Analyst (Garments Manufacturing - Formal Wear Export)

* Drive business growth by collecting, consolidating, and structuring operational and business data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability. * Architect data systems by identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and duplication, and implementing corrective actions to optimize data quality. * Lead the development of meaningful KPIs and dashboards, providing real-time insights into key performance metrics such as output, efficiency, and lead time. * Collaborate with operations teams to align data definitions and verify reporting accuracy, ensuring seamless governance and decision-making. * Design and implement measurable reporting systems that mirror end-to-end factory workflows, from cutting to shipping, and warehouse flow to order fulfillment. * Manage the creation of weekly and monthly management reporting packs, highlighting key trends, insights, and observations to inform strategic decisions. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including KPI definitions, reporting logic, SOPs, process maps, and data dictionaries, to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing. * Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed governance and operational clarity.
