Commercial Manager (Import & Export)

* Spearhead export and import documentation, including bills of exchange, invoices, and packing lists, to ensure seamless trade operations. * Drive the processing and monitoring of Back-to-Back Letters of Credit, guaranteeing timely and accurate execution. * Architect and manage master Letter of Credit amendments, scrutinizing details to prevent errors. * Foster strong relationships with banks to facilitate document negotiation and payment processes. * Lead follow-up efforts on export proceeds realization, ensuring prompt and efficient payment receipt. * Communicate effectively with buyers regarding shipment and documentation, providing exceptional customer service. * Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate import-related activities, streamlining the import process. * Ensure adherence to customs, bonded warehouse, and trade regulations, mitigating potential risks and penalties. * Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to arrange logistics, tracking shipments, and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain meticulous commercial records and documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance. * Develop and submit reports to management, providing insights into trade operations and performance. * Manage audit and compliance documentation, ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulatory requirements. * Oversee the timely submission of all commercial documents, meeting deadlines and shipment schedules. * Stay up-to-date with VAT and tax regulations, applying knowledge to optimize trade operations and minimize tax liabilities. * Excel in fluent English communication, facilitating effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
