Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and targets, driving business growth and expansion. * Architect and oversee all sales and marketing functions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. * Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity, informing data-driven decisions. * Lead SWOT analyses to assess current market positioning and implement corrective actions to drive improvement. * Champion the marketing team's initiatives, highlighting their impact on the company's vision and future success. * Drive sales target achievement through strategic initiatives and proactive outreach to existing and new buyers. * Expand global market presence by onboarding new partners and identifying fresh opportunities. * Optimize sales realization and minimize outstanding amounts, ensuring efficient revenue management. * Establish and track key performance metrics to measure sales and marketing success, optimizing budget allocation for maximum ROI. * Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams, leveraging accessories market opportunities to fuel growth. * Foster a high-performing marketing team by providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development. * Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies, building a loyal customer base and driving long-term growth. * Oversee CRM initiatives, managing customer data and tailoring marketing strategies for maximum engagement and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the R&D team to align new product development with market demands and trends, providing market feedback and consumer insights to guide innovation. * Analyze global fashion and accessory trends, predicting future changes and identifying areas for growth and expansion. * Provide actionable insights and reports to top management, covering sales, revenue, market research, and risk management.
