Key Responsibilities

* Architect and deliver engaging, high-impact video lectures that drive job preparation success across multiple subjects, including Bangla Grammar, Bangla Literature, English Grammar, English Literature, Math, General Knowledge, Science, and ICT. * Lead academic and suggestion-based classes, providing expert guidance for preliminary and written examinations to ensure student success. * Drive the development of comprehensive, authentic, and up-to-date study materials by analyzing syllabi and identifying key areas of focus. * Ensure teaching content is precise, accurate, and relevant, making adjustments as needed to maintain exceptional instructional quality. * Foster collaborative relationships with the Academic and Video Teams to continuously elevate content quality, instructional standards, and student outcomes.
