Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the review and validation of time and expense submissions, ensuring adherence to established policies and timelines. * Drive accuracy and quality by verifying the completeness and consistency of records, and taking prompt corrective action on discrepancies. * Architect collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to efficiently resolve pay- and bill-related issues. * Facilitate clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders to clarify submissions, resolve exceptions, and provide updates. * Proactively send reminders and follow-ups to support timely submission of required information. * Manage correction requests, ensuring proper documentation and approvals, and perform thorough audits and quality checks prior to finalizing payments. * Maintain meticulous records, adhering to service-level agreements and turnaround times, and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed. * Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion, upholding the highest standards of data protection. * Work a non-standard schedule, including night shifts (8 PM to 7 AM) and weekends (1 day per week), with a rotating 6-day weekday schedule. * Commit to an initial 2-month training period, followed by a 4-month probationary period, as a full-time employee working from the office.

  • Experience in back-office operations, payroll support, billing support, or data processing roles
