Executive IT (Assistant System Administrator)

* Architect and deploy Linux and Windows server infrastructures, including DNS, DHCP, Apache, Proxy, Firewall, Mail server, and Directory services. * Drive the installation and configuration of Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. * Manage Active Directory components, including user and computer management, organization units, and group policies. * Lead the configuration and administration of Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive, ensuring efficient collaboration and communication. * Design and implement robust network security measures, including Group Policy, Gateway, Firewall, VPN, and TCP/IP protocol configurations. * Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and support of network servers, including file servers, DHCP servers, DNS servers, data backup servers, IP cameras, and intrusion detection systems. * Deliver technical support and assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware, resolving incoming queries and issues in a timely manner. * Perform hardware and software installations, repairs, and upgrades, following design and installation specifications. * Monitor and optimize daily computer system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. * Maintain accurate records of data communication transactions, problems, and problem-solving actions, as well as installation activities. * Control and manage IT assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment, tracking user information, hardware entities, and service histories. * Collaborate with the SCM Department to maintain and manage IT stock, ensuring efficient inventory management and resource allocation.
